Overage is capped at 70% of your base plan price - so you're always protected from unexpected bills. You can also toggle 'Block on limit reached' per resource if you prefer hard limits. Safety-critical SMS - including attendance escalation alerts, emergency broadcasts, and incident notifications - are never blocked by the overage cap, regardless of billing status.

Yes. Annual billing gives you 2 months free (pay for 10, get 12) - a saving of approximately 17%. Annual invoices are issued at the start of the term and are non-refundable after the 14-day grace period.

We accept FPX online banking and credit card payments for your Skolmind subscription. For parent fee collection, you bring your own payment gateway - we support Billplz, iPay88, Stripe, Curlec, Toyyibpay, and PayEx. You keep 100% of parent payments.
